Project/ Programmne Management

General Project/Programme Management and Strategic Support

  • Overall project/programme management includes planning, initiating, executing, controlling, and delivering high-quality work on time and within budget to meet specific funding requirements.

  • Providing training to clients and their educational constituencies (local and international travel).

  • Contracting and managing project participants (including project leaders, project managers, researchers, instructional designers, subject matter experts, graphic designers, professional editors, technical developers etc.) and stakeholders across South Africa and internationally.

  • Writing effective design briefs for copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.

 

Training Materials, Content and Course Development (Online and Blended Training Initiatives)

  • Setup and configuration of Learner Management System (LMS).

  • eLearning/Digital course development including:

    • Development of course overview, content/assessment strategy

    • Development of curriculum framework

    • Module template design

    • Subject matter expert review/support

    • Instructional design/storyboard development

    • Multimedia/animation creation

    • Audio/video production

    • Graphic design

    • Editorial review/support

    • LMS upload and quality control

    • External review/evaluation

Research, Evaluation and Usability Testing

  • Conceptualising, managing and conducting Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL). 

  • Conducting instructional research through pilot testing (including developing research instruments, data collection, and report writing).

  • Implementing research outcomes back into project processes.
